Role of the platform
MOLOFY is a curated marketplace for maritime experiences. We connect guests with independent boat providers. The booking contracts are concluded directly between the guest and the respective provider. ZiaNeo Systems UG is not a party to these bookings.
Each provider is listed with their full address and legal form. The provider is responsible for the content of their profile and experience descriptions.

Platform operator reporting obligation (DAC7 / PStTG)
As a platform operator within the meaning of the German Platform Tax Transparency Act (PStTG) — implementing EU Directive 2021/514 (DAC7) — we are obliged to annually report to the Federal Central Tax Office data on providers exceeding the statutory de-minimis threshold (30 activities or € 2,000 in remuneration per year). Providers are informed in the Owner Cockpit; details in our Privacy Policy, DAC7 section.
EU dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform under Regulation (EU) 524/2013: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Our ODR e-mail address is info@molofy.com. We are not required to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board but may do so voluntarily on a case-by-case basis.
For business users (providers): Under Art. 12 P2B Regulation (EU 2019/1150) we designate two mediators for out-of-court dispute resolution:
