This policy concerns the search order you place with MOLOFY in the boat pool, as well as other mediation services MOLOFY renders to you separately. It does not concern the boat trip itself: for contracts on services connected with leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period, there is no right of withdrawal under § 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that we begin the search during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and confirmed your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us (§ 356(4) of the German Civil Code).
In the boat pool we obtain both before you place the order, via a separate checkbox. Our service is fully performed as soon as an operator has accepted your offer and your booking has come about. Until then you may withdraw; if no operator has accepted yet, we refund your advance payment in full.
